Do you offer refunds?

Sorry, but we don't offer refunds. Once you buy a code it's considered an "open box item". Open software cannot be returned to a store. We offer a fully functioning demo version of the program that can be used for as long as you need to find out if ProPresenter is right for you. This demo version is identical to the licensed version; all that changes is the watermark goes away with a license code.

When you are ready to use the program live you can request a two-week trial code from our website. This code removes the watermark from the output of ProPresenter and allows you to use the program in front of an audience. Only one trial code is allowed per organization, so please be sure that you're ready to use the program live before requesting your trial code.
