If you have a mapped network drive or use , you may not be able to access it initially through ProPresenter. This is actually caused by a system-level setting with the UAC (User Acces Control) that has been around since Windows Vista. It's fairly simple to fix, but you will be modifying the Registry.

The instructions below will help you with this configuration. Accessing the Registry varies slightly for different versions of Windows, but ocne you open it, the rest of the steps are the same. These instructions are written for Windows 10. For additional details about this setting, refer to this Microsoft TechNet article.

1. Click Start, type regedit in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.

2. Locate and then right-click the following registry subkey:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Policies\System

3. Point to New, and then click DWORD Value.
4. Type EnableLinkedConnections, and then press ENTER.
5. Right-click EnableLinkedConnections, and then click Modify.
6. In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK.
7. Exit Registry Editor, and then restart the computer.
