If you are having issues with your Library not searching or showing all of your files in ProPresenter for Mac then it might be due to an indexing problem in your operating system. Please follow these steps to re-install the Spotlight importer.

  1. Quit ProPresenter.

  2. Click on the Apple icon in the upper left-hand corner of your screen and select "System Preferences."

  3. Click on "Spotlight" in the first tier of options in System Preferences.

  4. Select the "Privacy" tab.

  5. Click the "+" button towards the bottom of the window.

  6. Find the ProPresenter library folder (by default it is a folder in your Documents folder called ProPresenter #, where "#" is the version of ProPresenter you are using) and click the "Choose" button.

  7. Your ProPresenter repository will now show up in the "Privacy" window.

  8. Quit System Preferences.

  9. Re-launch System Preferences and go back to the Privacy tab of the Spotlight preferences pane.

  10. Select the volume or folders you had added previously and remove it by clicking the "-" button.

  11. Restart your computer. It may take some time for Spotlight to re-index your files. Wait until Spotlight is done indexing before trying to perform another search.

You might also try running the Repair Permissions command from the Disk Utility app. (The Disk Utility app can be found in the Utilities folder inside of your Application folder.) Note that the Repair Permissions option was removed in Sierra, so this is only available in El Capitan ane previous.
