If you are having trouble logging into SongSelect or downloading songs, there are a few things to check.
The first is to make sure you are using the right username and password. Keep in mind that the username may be an email address.
The next thing to check is that your system clock is correct. Make sure it is set to receive time updates automatically. The SongSelect network connection requires that the clock is accurate.
A less common issue we've seen is users trying to log in with a free or expired account. A free or expired SongSelect account can still log into the SongSelect website, but you can't access any of the content. The login through ProPresenter doesn't allow these types of accounts. Your login information needs to be connected to a SongSelect account with an active subscription.
