We're glad you asked! First, it depends on what you need to know.
If you are just looking for more details about something, we recommend searching the Knowledgebase, watch the tutorial videos, checking the PVP 2 user manual, and searching in the PVP 2 user forums. A lot of the questions you may have are probably answered in one of those places. We'll constantly update the Knowledgebase with new articles, and update the manual when we find missing info or features get added or changed.
If you need technical help because the program isn't working or doing something properly, start with the troubleshooting instructions we've provided in the forums. Many common problems can be fixed with these steps, and they are the exact same steps we do when you call or email us about a problem.
If all of that fails or you're in a time crunch, feel free to post a question in the forums, send us an email, or give us a call. If you aren't in a hurry to get an answer, see if you can find the answer in one of our resources first, especially if it's outside of normal business hours. Self-help is often faster than waiting for a reply to an email or making time to be at the computer during our support hours.
