Trial codes are issued for two weeks since we provide the demo version without a time limit. While the demo version does have a watermark on the output, it is fully functional otherwise, including being able to demo and test all of the modules. We encourage you to use the demo version for as long as you want to get familiar with the program before requesting a trial code. Trial codes are immediately active, so don't request one until you're ready to use the program in a live setting a few times.
If something happens during your trial that you are unable to properly test the program, please let our Customer Service team know by submitting a ticket through our Support Center. Provide your first trial code information and let us know why you need some extra time and we'll work with you to make sure you get a chance to properly test the program. Trial extension requests are all reviewed individually and granted on a case-by-case basis.
