Every ProPresenter license is perpetual -- meaning the license itself never expire (unlike a subscription which stops working the moment you stop paying). You can use your ProPresenter license forever.
Since the release of ProPresenter 6, we have been working on exciting new features that have become reality in the new version of ProPresenter. It was a long process and along the way we’ve completed many of the features, but couldn’t get them in user’s hands until we had a new version.
Because of this, we are introducing ProPresenter+. With every new license or upgrade to ProPresenter 7, a year of ProPresenter+ is included. We will be releasing regular updates to ProPresenter that will include both compatibility and functionality improvements. This means that there will no longer be a large upgrade cost for a big new version and we will be able to get new features into your hands faster, without having to wait on a new release.
The renewal price for ProPresenter+ for a Single Seat license is $189 and the cost for a Campus License (Houses of Worship Only) is $469. It will come up for renewal every year on the Anniversary of your original ProPresenter 7 purchase. If you let the agreement lapse past the anniversary, you will have 1 month to renew it. If you let it lapse beyond that 1 month, you will need to purchase a new license to run the latest version of the program without a watermark.
If a customer purchases a license on January 1, 2021, they are eligible for all upgrades/updates through January 1, 2022. After 1/1/2022, they will continue to be able to use/run the latest version of the software that was available on January 1, 2022 but will not be able to run any newer versions without a watermark. They have until February 1, 2022 to renew ProPresenter+, at which time they will be able to get any/all updates to the software through January 1, 2023.
Again, in this example, if the license is not renewed by February 1, 2023, it will require a new license purchase to get any new updates/upgrades that have been made.
