The reseller portal gives you clear visibility into your customers’ purchase history and license activity. This makes it easy to track whether a license has been redeemed and when subscriptions are set to expire.

Step 1: Navigate to the Licenses Page

To access your purchase and license history:

• Click Licenses from the left-hand sidebar

This will open the Licenses page, სადაც all customer orders and license details are listed.

Step 2: Review License Details

On the Licenses page, you’ll see a comprehensive list of all customer purchases, including:

• Customer Name
• Product Purchased
• Purchase Date
• Date Redeemed (when the customer activated their license)
• Subscription Expiration Date
• Reseller PO Number

This view gives you a quick snapshot of each customer’s license status.

Step 3: Search for Specific Customers or Orders

If you have a large number of licenses, use the search bar at the top of the page to quickly find what you need. You can search by:

• Customer Name
• Email Address
• Reseller PO Number

When to Use This Page

The Licenses page is especially useful for:

• Confirming whether a customer has redeemed their license
• Checking subscription expiration dates
• Reviewing what product was purchased
• Verifying when an order was placed
