At present we suggest all support to start with either a support ticket or an online chat. These may quickly turn into phone calls when warranted, but given the limits of our staff and the unpredictable nature of support volume, we don’t want you waiting on hold. You have our promise that we will respond quickly to these channels and get you back on your feet fast.

We are readily available Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm EST. On weekends, we monitor all tickets for emergency type issues.
