A Show is an encapsulated file on your computer that contains all of the information for an event, such as your Cues, media settings, Screens, Outputs, Targets, Masks, etc.

Note that a Show does not contain the media itself (including Image Targets and Image Masks). If you share the Show between computers then you will need to re-link your media on the new computer. See this Knowledge Base article for more information about media management in PVP 3.

If you have multiple events that have different Screens, Outputs, Targets, and/or Masks, then you can create a new Show to easily switch between these features. If your events all share the same Screens, Outputs, Targets, and Masks but simply reference new media, then it might be easier to create a Playlist for each of your events.

To create a new Show, select New > Show from the File menu or press Command-Shift-N. To duplicate your Show choose Duplicate Show from the File menu or press Command-Shift-S.

Note that only one Show can be open at any given time.
