Native SDI input and output is a great new feature in PVP 3. The following is the list of Blackmagic devices we have tested with PVP 3, and how many input and or output signals each can support.

Note: you should be able to use Thunderbolt 2 devices on 2016 and newer Macs that have Thunderbolt 3 by using an Apple Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adapter.
All testing was done on macOS 10.12.6, using a mix of Blackmagic drivers 10.9.5 and 10.9.7, across MacBook Pros, Mac Pros, iMacs, and Mac Minis.
