Workspace Fixture List
The default listing that appears in the DMX window of Preferences is regarding the entire workspace from PVP3.

Layer Fixture List
You can add Layers in the DMX tab of PVP Preferences and set their index and base address. The example below begins with a base address of 7, but you can set this however you wish in the window based on your configuration. You are able to control the maximum of 23 Layers and the Workspace using DMX.
