ProScoreboard Account Manager

The ProScoreboard Account Manager is only available to organizations that have an active ProScoreboard subscription and have access to our online account manager. Users are able to make changes to an organization’s information, add, edit, or remove users from an organization, view active seats, as well as remove seats from computers. You can access the manager at accounts.renewedvision.com.

Setting Up An Account

Accounts are set up either at the time of purchase (for brand-new ProScoreboard users) or when an unlock code user migrates to a subscription.

Types of Users

Multiple users can be added to an organization. These users will have their own login that will give them access to the account manager and the ability to log in via ProScoreboard to access a seat on your subscription. To add a user, you will need to be logged in as the Organization Owner or an Admin level account (see permission levels below), and you will go to the Organization Tab -> Members in your Account Manager. From there, you will click "Add Member" and choose their permission level.

Users can have different permissions set by an Organization Owner or Admin. Each user can use their own credentials to register ProScoreboard, should the seat(s) be available.

  • Organization Owner- This is the user who “owns” the organization, typically meaning they are the decision maker for the organization when it comes to ProScoreboard. This level of user will have access to all areas of the account manager and will also be able to activate ProScoreboard with their login. Organization Owners cannot be deleted unless ownership is first transferred to another user. Organization Owners are able to make billing and subscription changes. In order to transfer ownership of an account, you will navigate to the Organizations Tab -> Manage Organization -> Settings. Click "Transfer" under "Ownership Transfer" and select the user you wish to transfer ownership of the account to. A user must be added, and they must have accepted the invitation via the Members tab under Organization before they are able to have ownership transferred to them.
  • Admin- This user type has all the same permissions as an organization owner, but admins can be deleted. Admins are also able to make billing and subscription changes and manage ProScoreboard seats.
  • User- This user type can use their login to activate ProScoreboard, but is unable to make any changes to the organization via the account manager. They are only able to update their user information in the account manager.

Logging Into the Account Manager

Once you have set up your account either at the time of purchase for a brand new user to ProScoreboard or when an unlock code user links their code to an account, you will head to accounts.renewedvision.com and enter your email address and password. If you are not sure of your password, simply hit the “Forgot Password” button on the page.
