For information regarding a possible bug, we recommend starting with our User Forums to see if anyone else has reported a similar issue. When we confirm a bug via the forums, we acknowledge it and generally add [Confirmed] to the title
A confirmed bug report in the forums will look similar to this:

When we have fixed a bug, we will change [Confirmed] to [Fixed]. You can also look at the version history section of our Download page for each of our products to see what bugs have been fixed in each update.
