How to Migrate from Existing ProPresenter+ to ProPresenter Subscription

 

ProPresenter is available with a monthly or annual subscription. This subscription grants access to all releases of ProPresenter starting with version 17 and grants you access to our customer support team. This subscription can be billed monthly or yearly and may be canceled at any time. Users with an active ProPresenter+ plan will need to migrate to ProPresenter subscription by time of their ProPresenter+ expiration date or August 31, 2025, whichever date comes first. One important thing to know is that if you migrate to subscription by the time your ProPresenter+ is set to expire, there will be no change in your pricing when completing the migration. 

How to Migrate

The quickest way to proceed with this migration to subscription is by navigating to the ProPresenter Menu, hovering on Settings, and choosing "Account"

 

 

Once there, you will click the “Migrate” button located near the middle of the Account Settings window, and it will open a web page in your browser.

This is the sign in page you will use in the future to log into your ProPresenter account, but for now if you do not have an account, click on “Sign Up”.

This will then ask you for the email you want your account associated with and also the password you wish to use.

If you happen to see the error “This email is already taken”, you may likely have a ProContent account, so you can go back to the Sign In page, enter your ProContent login and proceed from there, but for our non-ProContent customers, you will go ahead and click Create Account. 

 

It will then ask you for information about your organization including the name, industry, audience size, and address. When you have it all entered, click "Continue".

It will then show your current license information. On the right hand side you’ll need to click on “Accept Renewal Agreement”

Check the boxes for the agreement and click “Accept”

Finally, hit "Accept Renewal Agreement" and you will go to the Payment section. Auto renewal is required for ProPresenter subscription, so you will need to enter the credit card you wish to have on file here. You will also need to add your Tax Exemption Documentation if your organization is tax exempt. Once you have entered that, you can click "Checkout".
