The time may come that you need to delete files from your Video/Image Bin either because you've decided you have way too many files loaded, a bunch of broken links, or you need to remove one-time-use files.
If you are using a Mac...
Press the Command key and click on thumbnails to select multiple thumbnails one at a time. If you need to select a range of thumbnails, press Command+Shift while clicking on the first and last slide of the range to select all of them. Press Command+Delete to delete the thumbnails. If you need to delete all of the files in a playlist or one of the three main bins, you can use Command+A to select all of the thumbnails. You can also right-click and select "Delete" from the context menu to delete an individual thumbnail.
If you want to start over completely with your Video/Image Bin you can delete the playlist file that contains all of your Video/Image Bin data. You will want to close ProPresenter before doing this and be really sure you want to get rid of everything in your Video/Image Bin.
- Open a new Finder window.
- Press Command+Shift+G and enter ~/Library/Application Support/RenewedVision. Press 'Go'.
- Open the ProPresenter folder for the version you are using.
- Locate the Media.pro#pl file for your version. The # will be the version number of ProPresenter.
When you relaunch the program your Video/Image Bin will be completely empty.
