The ProPresenter Information Center is a central spot to quickly access several support tools and some other tools for ProPresenter. By default it is set to show at startup each time you launch ProPresenter. To disable the Information Center, uncheck the box at the bottom of the screen and then close the Information Center. In any version before ProPresenter 6 you can get back to this screen at any time by clicking on the large "PRO" logo in the top right corner of ProPresenter. In ProPresenter 6 you can get back to this screen by going to "View" then selecting "Information Center", or using the shortcut "Control+I".
