Test Patterns have been a part of ProPresenter for some time, but starting in 7.15, we have expanded the Test Pattern functionality to provide even further tools to calibrate Displays.

Using Test Patterns in ProPresenter is very easy. To open the Test Patterns menu, you can choose View>Test Patterns, or choose "Test Patterns" at the bottom of the Screen Configuration window.

Inside of the Test Patterns window, you can choose from the following patterns:

• Audio Video Sync (New)
  • This provides the ability to get audio from ProPresenter to sync with your video output by showing a calibration to allow manual delay of audio or video.
• Blend Grid
  • This is useful for edge blending screens
• Color Bars
  • This is useful for seeing how each colors look on your screens
• Focus
  • This is useful for determining the focus of screens
• Greyscale
  • This is useful for viewing luminance values on screens
• Lines (New)
  • This is useful for seeing how well motion travels across screens
• Logo Bounce (New)
  • This is useful for seeing how well motion travels across screens
• Radar (New)
  • This is useful for seeing how well motion travels across screens
• Solid Color
  • This is useful to see how specific colors look on screens
• Text
  • This is useful for determining the focus of screens
