The ProPresenter Account Manager is only available to organizations who have an active ProPresenter subscription have access to our online account manager, not ProPresenter+ users. Users are able to make changes to an organization’s information, add, edit, or remove users from an organization, view active seats and Bible installations, as well as remove seats or Bibles from computers from this manager. You can access the manager at accounts.renewedvision.com.
Setting Up An Account
Accounts are set up either at the time of purchase (for brand new users) to ProPresenter or when an existing ProPresenter+ user migrates to subscription.
Types of Users
Multiple users can be added to an organization. These users will have their own login that will give them access to the account manager and the ability to log in via ProPresenter to access a seat on your license. Users can have different permissions set by an Organization Owner or Admin. Each user can use their own credentials to register ProPresenter, should the seat(s) be available.
- Organization Owner- This is the user who “owns” the organization, typically meaning they are the decision maker for the organization when it comes to ProPresenter. This level of user will have access to all areas of the account manager and also are able to activate ProPresenter with their login. Organization Owners cannot be deleted unless ownership is first transferred to another user. Organization Owners are able to make Billing/Subscription changes.
- Admin- This user type has all the same permissions as an organization owner, but admins can be deleted. Admins are also able to make Billing/Subscription changes.
- User- This user type can use their login to activate ProPresenter, but are unable to make any changes to the organization via the account manager. They are only able to update their user information in the account manager.
Logging Into the Account Manager
Once you have set up your account either at the time of purchase for a brand new user to ProPresenter or when an existing ProPresenter+ user migrates to subscription, you will head to accounts.renewedvision.com and enter your email address and password. If you are not sure of your password, simply hit the “Forgot Password” button on the page.
This page can also be accessed from within the ProPresenter App in ProPresenter Menu-Settings-Account via a button in that window that says “Manage Account”
Overview of Account Manager Dashboard
- Account Manager Sidebar- Where users can navigate to different pages in the account manager.
- Subscription Overview- Where users can view information about their subscription and navigate to pages to manage active seats via the “x/x seats available button” and navigate to the Manage Subscription page where changes can be made to the user’s subscription.
- ProContent Overview- Where users can view what type of ProContent account they have and navigate to the ProContent page.
- Profile- Where users can view their user profile information and navigate to the profile page where changes can be made to that user profile.
- Billing and Payment- Where users can view their billing and payment information as well as navigate to the Payment Method page where changes can be made to the payment method on file for the user’s subscriptions.
- Bibles- Where users can view how many Bible versions they have access to and navigate to the Manage Bibles page where Bibles can be deactivated from computers where they are currently active.
- Support- Where users can access our Knowledge Base or Tutorials as well as open a ticket with our Support Team.
