The Windowed Output feature in ProPresenter allows you to display your presentation output in a separate, movable window. These windows let you reference or share any of your configured screens (such as Audience Output, Stage Display, or a confidence monitor) without touching or altering your actual live outputs.

You can resize a Windowed Output, move it anywhere on your desktop, or drag it across multiple monitors. Because it is completely independent from your real outputs, any changes you make to the window itself have no effect on what is being displayed to your audience or stage screens. This is useful for:

1. Displaying ProPresenter in virtual meetings, like on Zoom or Google Meet.
2. Creating a large, customizable preview window that can be resized and moved, even across different monitors.

To use Windowed Output:

Open the dropdown under the preview window (or choose Window from the Menu bar).

Hover over New Windowed Output and select the output you wish to see in a detached window. For this example, I want to see my "Stage Screen 1"

Your output will then appear in a new window, ready to be resized and repositioned as needed.

Creating Multiple Windowed Outputs

You can create more than one Windowed Output at the same time. For example, you could open your Audience Output in one window and your Stage Display in another by simply repeating the setup process. Both windows can run side by side.
