Across the top of the Library in ProPresenter there is a search box. This box will help you to quickly find songs and other Documents in your Library by quickly doing a search.
When you perform a search, ProPresenter not only searches the titles of your Documents, it also searches the content of the text boxes on the slides. This provides for users to have the ability to search for lyrics or other snippets of text, however it can sometimes return more results than users desire.
By default, when you start a search, it organizes all of the search results by alphabetizing the Title of all of the songs that returned in the search, however if you are searching for a specific song and you have a large library, this may result in your desired Document far down in the search results. To remedy this, after you start a search, click on Sort by Title just below the search field, then click Search Rank. This will sort the search results so that Documents that have the search term in the title will be sorted higher than Documents that have the search term elsewhere in the Document.
Note: If you have ProPresenter 6 on Windows then you can tell ProPresenter to only search the title of Documents and not search the text within text boxes. Click on the gear to the right of the search box, then uncheck Search Song Contents.
