MultiScreen Module keyboard shortcuts cause screens to change positions on Mac

This article deals with our legacy product, ProPresenter 6. For the ProPresenter 7 Knowledge Base, click HERE.

If you are using the keyboard shortcuts for the MultiScreen Module, you may find that they cause your screens to rearrange themselves. This is caused by a setting in the Matrox Desktop Management Preferences that overlaps one of these shortcuts.

To correct this, click on the Matrox menu icon in your toolbar and select "Desktop Management Preferences." Uncheck the "Enable swap active window keyboard shortcut" option.
