Planning Center Services is a third-party service that is owned by Planning Center and requires a separate subscription to use this functionality in ProPresenter.

Open ProPresenter's Settings > Integrations, click on the Planning Center section, and log in. 

Enter your account information into the login window and select your organization on the next screen. If your account is only part of one organization, you won't see the second screen and will be signed in immediately.

The first time you connect to Planning Center, you will need to authorize ProPresenter to access your account. Click Allow.

Once you have successfully finished logging into your Planning Center Services account through ProPresenter, you will see your name and organization name shown in ProPresenter's Settings.

We recommend logging in with a user that has Editor or Administrator privileges on your Planning Center plan.

That's it! You've now connected ProPresenter to your Planning Center account.
