Building your Playlist in ProPresenter

ProPresenter offers the freedom to have multiple libraries and the ability to use a presentation from any library in a single playlist.  More information on building a Library can be found here.

Here, we’ll look at how to take those presentations to build a playlist for your service or show. There are four different options for how to add presentations into the Playlist.

First, you can click on a library name in the top left of the interface. Then, in the library, locate the presentation you wish to add to your playlist. You will right-click on the presentation and select Add to and select the playlist name. This method will add the selected presentation as the bottom or last item in the playlist.

You can also click on the library name, select the presentation from the library item list, and drag and drop the presentation to the playlist name. This method will add the selected presentation as the bottom or last item in the playlist.

You can click on the library name, and select the presentation title from the library item list. Click and drag the presentation to your playlist, but hover the cursor over the playlist name to open the playlist item list. Then, you can drop the title exactly where you want it in the playlist order.

You can also use the search window in the program to select your presentation for your playlist. To do this, click on the Search icon in the top left of the interface, or you can use the keyboard shortcut (Mac: Command + F, Windows: Control + F). Type your presentation name in the search window, then drag and drop the title into the desired position in the playlist order. Make sure you have the ProPresenter Library icon selected if you wish to search your existing presentations.
