All support and software updates (major or minor) to ProPresenter are included for a full year following the date of purchase. After that date, should you wish to receive additional updates and live support (email, phone, chat), you will need to renew your ProPresenter+ maintenance plan.
Annual renewals of the ProPresenter+ maintenance plan are $189 per seat or $469 for a Campus license (note that Campus Licenses are for Houses of Worship only). This benefits you with a predictable expense, instead of surprise updates.
When you renew, your expiration date will be extended by a year from the current expiration date. Again, the renewal will add time to your expiration date -- renewals are not based on the date you purchase the renewal. If the ProPresenter+ maintenance plan is not renewed in the 30 days following the anniversary of the original license purchase, any updates or upgrades to the software, as well as dedicated support, will require the renewal of the license (do not buy new, renew your existing license to preserve any Bibles you bought) at full retail price. This renewal will change your expiration date giving you 12 months of ProPresenter+ (updates, new features, and live Support) from the date of purchase.
So why renew ProPresenter+?

- Due to the need to effectively communicate in the midst of a pandemic, we were able to quickly adapt to customer requests and provide advanced video encoding and streaming services directly from ProPresenter, while at the same time providing tools to preserve the "in-room" experience from the same computer.
- In the last three years we released 14 major feature updates, and over 40 maintenance updates (bug & OS compatibility support).
What happens if I choose not to renew ProPresenter+?
With the ProPresenter+ maintenance plan you get all updates while your plan is active. If you allow your plan to expire, you keep the latest version you received while in the maintenance plan, but you will no longer receive updates for bug fixes and new features that are released after your expiration date, nor will you be entitled to live technical support (email, chat, or phone).
The ProPresenter+ maintenance plan expires each year on the anniversary of the sale of the license. Customers can renew their ProPresenter+ maintenance plan at any time within 30 days following that anniversary date. Renewals for the ProPresenter+ maintenance plan are then extended to the next anniversary date of the original purchase.
If you choose to not renew your ProPresenter+ maintenance plan in the 30 days following its expiration, it will require renewal at full retail price (Seat: $399, Campus: $999). This renewal will change your expiration date giving you 12 months of ProPresenter+ (updates, new features, and live Support) from the date of purchase.
Once you make the decision to renew, there are two easy options to do so!
The first is from right inside the application! Click on the ProPresenter menu option in the menu bar at the top and choose the "Registration" option. Once that window opens, you will choose the "Renew ProPresenter+ option"
Once you click that, a new window with some of the information mentioned here will open. You will then choose how many years you want to renew for and then proceed to checkout!
