You can view and manage your organization's Cloud storage and Cloud workspaces from the Renewed Vision Account Manager at accounts.renewedvision.com. This article covers how to view your storage, delete Cloud workspaces, and upgrade or downgrade your Cloud storage plan.
Viewing Your Cloud Storage and Workspaces
- Go to accounts.renewedvision.com and sign in.
-
Look for the Cloud block and select Manage Cloud Workspaces
- Here you'll see:
- Your organization's current Cloud storage limit
- How much of your Cloud storage is in use
-
A list of your organization's Cloud workspaces and the size of each
Cloud storage is shared across your entire organization, so the total in use is the combined size of all your Cloud workspaces.
Deleting a Cloud Workspace
- Go to accounts.renewedvision.com and sign in.
- Look for the Cloud block and select Manage Cloud Workspaces
-
Find the workspace you want to delete and select ... > Delete From Cloud.
-
Confirm that you want to delete the workspace.
What happens when you delete a Cloud workspace:
- The workspace is removed from Cloud, and the storage it used is freed up for your organization.
- Any computer that has the workspace downloaded will keep a copy, but it becomes a local workspace. It will stop syncing with other computers, and ProPresenter will show an alert letting users know.
- Computers that hadn't downloaded the workspace will no longer be able to access it.
- Changes made on one computer will no longer reach the others. If multiple computers keep using their local copies, those copies will drift apart over time.
Before deleting a Cloud workspace, let anyone who uses it know, so they aren't caught off guard during a service or event.
Upgrading Your Cloud Storage
If your organization needs more room, you can upgrade to a larger storage plan at any time.
- Go to accounts.renewedvision.com and sign in.
- Look for the Cloud block and select Manage Cloud Workspaces
- Select Manage and under the Cloud options, choose the storage plan you'd like.
- Select Proceed to Checkout to complete the upgrade.
Your new storage limit will be available right away.
Downgrading Your Cloud Storage
You can move to a smaller storage plan as long as your organization's current Cloud usage fits within the new plan's limit.
For example, if your organization is using 100GB of Cloud storage and you want to downgrade to the 50GB included with your subscription, you'll first need to reduce your usage by at least 50GB.
To reduce your Cloud storage usage:
- Remove unused content from your Cloud workspaces. Media takes up the most space, so start there. The Clean Up Unlinked Media tool can find media files that aren't used in any presentation. Learn more about Clean Up Unlinked Media →
- Delete Cloud workspaces you no longer need. See Deleting a Cloud Workspace above.
Give the changes time to sync, then confirm in the Renewed Vision Account Manager that your usage is under the new plan's limit.
To downgrade:
- Go to accounts.renewedvision.com and sign in.
- Look for the Cloud block and select Manage Cloud Workspaces
- Select Manage and choose the smaller plan.
- Confirm your selection.
If your current usage is higher than the new plan allows, you won't be able to complete the downgrade until you've freed up enough space.
