Displaying Copyright Information in ProPresenter

If your church uses a CCLI license to project, print, or reproduce lyrics, displaying copyright information is a mandatory part of the CCLI terms and conditions. ProPresenter makes it easy to automatically display this information as a song progresses.

Automatic Copyright Data from SongSelect

Songs imported from SongSelect by CCLI will automatically include all necessary copyright information. You can review this information at any time in the Slide Editor.

Enabling Copyright Display

1. Open ProPresenter Settings.
2. Navigate to the General tab.
3. At the bottom of the tab, check Enable Copyright Display.

Enabling this option reveals additional configuration settings, including:

• Which slide you want the copyright information to appear on
• Your CCLI license number
• The layout of the copyright display

Customizing the Layout

To adjust which pieces of information are shown and in what order:

1. Click Edit Layout.
2. Add, remove, or reorder the tokens you want displayed (such as song title, author, and copyright year).

Advanced Positioning with Edit Template

If you need more control over where the copyright information appears on screen, click Edit Template to adjust its position and appearance.

Automatic Display

Once configured, the copyright information will automatically be shown on your outputs as the song progresses—no manual triggering required.
