The Media Bin is where all the images, videos, and other files you use across your ProDisplay screens live. This article walks you through getting to your Media Bin, adding media and folders, organizing your content, and removing items you no longer need.

Getting to Your Media Bin

Log into your ProDisplay Web App at prodisplay.renewedvision.com. From the left-hand navigation, select Media to open your Media Bin.

Adding Media or Folders

In the top corner of the Media Bin, click the blue Add New button. From here, you can choose to add a folder or add media.

Upload Media opens a Finder window (or File Explorer on Windows). Navigate to your files and select the media you want to upload. Hold Command (Mac) or Control (Windows) to select multiple items at once.

New Folder creates a new folder, which you can rename right away. Click the folder icon to choose a color—either one of the preselected options, or a custom color by entering a hex value at the bottom of the picker.

Organizing Your Media

Rather than uploading everything directly to the top level of your Media Bin, we recommend using folders to keep content organized by category—for example: Teaching Videos, Worship Songs, Announcement Slides, Kids Ministry etc.

You can also nest folders within folders. If you have a Teaching Videos folder, for instance, you might create subfolders inside it for Young Adults, Elementary, and Youth Group media. The more consistently you organize as you go, the easier your media will be to find later.

Deleting Media

To delete a single item, click the three dots on the right-hand side of that item, then select Delete.

To delete multiple items at once, select their checkboxes on the left-hand side. Once you have items selected, click the trash can icon in the header at the top left to delete them.

There is no storage limit in the ProDisplay web app, but each Apple TV can only hold as much content as its own local storage allows.
