ProPresenter

New Purchases

ProPresenter is only available as a subscription purchase for new users.

A ProPresenter Subscription starts at $29/month or $289/year for one seat. If you need more than one seat, the annual price per seat is tiered according to the following table.

Monthly Subscriptions are not eligible to receive any volume discount.

For new users, if you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to the subscription at the end of your current period. So, if you have a monthly subscription with an expiration date of the 28th of the month and cancel on the 15th of the month, you will retain access until that expiration date.

Should you wish to restart your subscription later, you simply would need to log into your existing account and start a subscription from the Account Management page.

If you wish to convert your monthly subscription to an annual one, please contact support so we can work with you on this request.

Your subscription will renew automatically on the renewal date. We do not accept early payments for a renewal.
 

Legacy Users

ProPresenter+ is no longer available for renewal. All legacy users of ProPresenter will need to migrate to subscription.

Those legacy users will retain their previous pricing of $189/year for Single Seats or $469/year for Campus Licenses. 

Legacy users are not eligible to pay for ProPresenter monthly unless they cancel their current plan and begin a new monthly subscription at the same price a new user would pay. 

If a legacy user migrates to subscription and then cancels that subscription, they will maintain access up to the last version of ProPresenter that was available at the time of their ProPresenter+ expiration. So, if their ProPresenter+ expiration date was March 2, 2025, for instance, and they migrated to subscription before that but canceled their subscription on March 2, 2026, they would maintain use of the last version of ProPresenter released on March 2, 2025. 

ProPresenter 6 users that never upgraded to ProPresenter 7 are not eligible for legacy user pricing. 

ProPresenter+ customers whose ProPresenter+ is expired are not eligible for legacy user pricing. 
 

Cloud Storage

Cloud storage can be accessed from any Presenter seat as well as any Cloud Editor seats on your Subscription. Every Active ProPresenter Subscription includes 50GB of Cloud storage. If more storage is needed, you can upgrade your cloud storage tier. If you exceed your current storage tier limit, you will be automatically upgraded to the next Cloud storage tier after a grace period of 30 days.

Cloud Editor Seats

With Cloud there are now 3 different seat types for ProPresenter: Presenter, Cloud Editor, and Local.

Presenter seats, formerly "active" seats, have access to cloud content as well as the watermark removed. Presenter seats are for presenting to an audience.

Cloud Editor seats allow you to access and sync to Cloud storage but have a watermark on the output. Each Active ProPresenter Subscription has 2 Cloud Editor seats included.

Additional Cloud Editor seats can be purchased as needed at $5 monthly* or $30 annually*

Local seats do not have access to Cloud storage and have a watermark on the output. Presentations created in Local seats can be manually moved to a Presenter seat to remove the watermark./

*Cloud storage and Cloud Editor seats are only available to be billed at the same frequency (Monthly/Annual) as your ProPresenter Subscription.

ProContent

ProContent Premium is available for $199/year and if you are purchasing it for the first time you will incur a $99 sign-up fee. 

Bibles

We have several Bibles available for free, but others are available for $15/each. Bibles are a per computer purchase, meaning if you wish to use a translation on more than one computer, you would need to purchase the same number of copies as number of computers you wish to use it on. 

ProScoreboard

A one-year subscription of ProScoreboard is available for $2,500. You would need a subscription for each machine that you need to use ProScoreboard on in a live production environment. Licenses can be moved between computers, so if you needed to use ProScoreboard in two venues but not at the same time (or same season) you could move your license between those computers. 

ProScoreboard can be downloaded for free to try out in your environment. There will be a watermark on the output, so you would need to purchase a subscription and register the product before using in a live production environment. 

ProVideoPlayer

A single license of ProVideoPlayer is available for $999. You would need a license for each machine that you need to use ProVideoPlayer on in a live production environment. Licenses can be moved between computers, so if you needed to use ProVideoPlayer in two venues but not at the same time you could move your license between those computers. 

ProVideoPlayer can be downloaded for free to try out in your environment. There will be a watermark on the output, so you would need to purchase and register the product before using in a live production environment. 

ProDisplay

ProDisplay Subscriptions are priced per screen. ProDisplay Subscriptions start at $19/month or $149/year for one screen. If you need more than one seat, annual pricing follows a tiered structure.

ProPresenter 6 and Older

ProPresenter 6 and prior versions of ProPresenter are no longer for sale. If you already own one of these versions, these licenses are perpetual and can continue to be used on computers that would still support the older version. You are not incurring any annual fee for these versions, so should you wish to stop using this older software, there is no action needed from you.
