ProPresenter--New Purchases

ProPresenter is only available as a subscription purchase for new users. 

For House of Worship customers, you can purchase 1 Seat for $29/month or $289/year or a Campus License for $59/month or $649/year. 

For all other customers, you can purchase individual seats for $29/month or $289/year. When purchasing 4 or more seats there is a discount applied that will make the seats $19/month or $199/year. 

For new users, if they cancel their subscription, they will lose access to the subscription at the end of their current period. So if they have a monthly subscription with an expiration date of the 28th of the month and cancel on the 15th of the month, they will retain access until that expiration date. 

If you wish to convert your monthly subscription to an annual one, simply cancel the subscription in the Manage Subscription page and then restart it, but choose annual when doing so. 

ProPresenter--Legacy Users

All legacy users of ProPresenter will need to migrate to subscription by their renewal date OR August 31, 2025, whichever comes first.

Those legacy users will retain their previous pricing of $189/year for Single Seats or $469/year for Campus Licenses. 

Legacy users are not eligible to pay for ProPresenter monthly unless they cancel their current plan and begin a new monthly subscription at the same price a new user would pay. 

If a legacy user migrates to subscription and then cancels that subscription, they will maintain access up to the last version of ProPresenter that was available at the time of their ProPresenter+ expiration. So, if their ProPresenter+ expiration date was March 2, 2025, for instance, and they migrated to subscription before that but canceled their subscription on March 2, 2026, they would maintain use of the last version of ProPresenter released on March 2, 2025. 

ProContent

ProContent Premium is available for $199/year and if you are purchasing it for the first time you will incur a $99 sign-up fee. 

Bibles

We have several Bibles available for free, but others are available for $15/each. Bibles are a per computer purchase, meaning if you wish to use a translation on more than one computer, you would need to purchase the same number of copies as number of computers you wish to use it on. 

ProPresenter-Scoreboard

A single license of ProScoreboard is available for $2,999. You would need a license for each machine that you need to use ProPresenter-Scoreboard on in a live production environment. Licenses can be moved between computers, so if you needed to use ProPresenter-Scoreboard in two venues but not at the same time (or same season) you could move your license between those computers. 

ProScoreboard can be downloaded for free to try out in your environment. There will be a watermark on the output, so you would need to purchase and register the product before using in a live production environment. 

ProVideoPlayer

A single license of ProVideoPlayer is available for $999. You would need a license for each machine that you need to use ProVideoPlayer on in a live production environment. Licenses can be moved between computers, so if you needed to use ProVideoPlayer in two venues but not at the same time you could move your license between those computers. 

ProVideoPlayer can be downloaded for free to try out in your environment. There will be a watermark on the output, so you would need to purchase and register the product before using in a live production environment. 

ProVideoServer

A single channel of ProVideoServer can be purchased for $1499. A single channel can be used for recording or playback, but if you wanted to do both (or multiple instances of both), you'd need a channel for each. 

ProVideoServer can be downloaded for free to try out in your environment. There will be a watermark on the output, so you would need to purchase and register the product before using in a live production environment. 

ProPresenter 6 and Older

ProPresenter 6 and prior versions of ProPresenter are no longer for sale. If you already own one of these versions, these licenses are perpetual and can continue to be used on computers that would still support the older version. You are not incurring any annual fee for these versions, so should you wish to stop using this older software, there is no action needed from you.
