Above, you see the overall ProPresenter User Interface. Now, let's take a look at each piece of the interface.

Libraries/Playlists
On the left side of the updated user interface, you will see two sections that feature your libraries and playlists. The top left area is the outline view which contains the libraries and playlists you have created. Just below that is the detail view that shows the contents of the library or playlist you have selected in the outline view. The outline view is collapsable and also features a navigation drop-down menu when it is collapsed.
You can find more information about using libraries and playlists in these related articles:
Slide View
The center section of the interface features the slides for a particular presentation or playlist that you have highlighted when in show mode. In this section, you can click to display the slide live to your screen as well as add slides, transitions, arrangements, operator notes, and timelines similar to previous versions of the software.
You can also assign a presentation to the Announcement Layer. When a presentation is assigned to display on the Announcement Layer, the presentation destination target will be green and the slide indicator will also turn green when a slide in the presentation is live.
You can find out more information about the Announcement Layer here.
In the bottom right of the interface (above the media bin if that is open) you can choose between three view options: Grid, Easy, and Outline Views. You can also click the three dot menu button to customize these view modes. Finally, you can use the slider to adjust the size of the slides in the slide view area.
You can find out more about View Modes here.
ProContent and the Media Bin
When toggled open, the bottom section of the interface is reserved for ProContent and the Media Bin.
The ProContent section shows you a "New" Collection at the top where you can view the latest motion graphic packs along with other collections below. You can also use the search feature underneath the "ProContent" header to search ProContent for something specific. The ProContent section is collapsible and also features a navigation drop-down menu when it is collapsed.
Note: There is a free and premium ProContent account and you can subscribe to ProContent Premium from within your account dashboard at accounts.renewedvision.com. ProContent Free is included with all active ProPresenter subscriptions.
The Media Bin houses your video and image content along with any live video inputs you may have. The left column of the media bin is reserved for playlists and playlist folders. There is also a dedicated playlist for your video input cues.
The playlist column is collapsible and also features a navigation drop-down menu when it is collapsed.
At the bottom of the media bin you can change the default global transition for media actions, filter media content in a selected media bin playlist, switch between grid and list views for the media bin, and use the slider to change the size of the cues in the media bin.
Preview Window/Clear Cues
This window displays the content that is playing live to your screens and there is a drop-down menu directly below the window which allows you to switch between which screen you are viewing.
Directly to the right of the preview window, you will find the clear groups button which will clear the layers you have chosen to group into that clear from your screen (by default this will clear ALL layers and can be edited by right clicking-Configure Clear Groups). Then to the right of the clear groups button, you will find individual clear buttons for each layer. The clear buttons stacked order is also reflective of the order the layers are stacked on your screen.
The screen layers are listed below from the top-most to bottom-most layer:
Audio
Messages
Props
Announcements
Slide
Media
Live Video
Below the Preview window is the screen drop-down indicator along with the transport controls. The transport controls allow you to see the playback of your slide and media layers. You can scrub to another point during playback and also have buttons for advancing 15 secs, going back 15 sec, and going to the end. The go-to-end button can be adjusted by right-clicking on it where you will have the option to edit for how many seconds from the end you want to jump to in the playback (-0, -10, -30, -60, -90).
The transport controls can also be toggled to see your playback controls for the Announcement and Audio Layers as well.
