Once your system is properly configured, proceed to ProPresenter.

Configuring Screens in ProPresenter

  1. Open ProPresenter and go to the Screens menu.

  2. Click Configure Screens.

  3. Create a new screen and select Nova HD card from the Output dropdown.

  4. Set up a Custom Target since the Lyric Banner is not a full 1920x1080 display.

    • Select Custom Target under Output Target.

    • Enter 768 for Width and 128 for Height.

    • Press Enter to apply the settings.

We would also recommend right clicking on that screen and choosing "Rename" and naming it "Lyric Banner".

Displaying Content on the Lyric Banner

Single-Screen Setup

If the Lyric Banner is your only display, set all presentations to 768x128 resolution to ensure proper formatting. To do this, you can open the editor for a single presentation and open the dropdown next to "Size" in the presentation tab of the editor.

From there you can choose the option for your Lyric Banner screen and it will change all slides to be that resolution.

Multi-Screen Setup

If using the Lyric Banner along with other full-resolution screens:

  • Keep presentations at full resolution (e.g., 1920x1080).

  • Set media displayed on the Lyric Banner to Scale to Fill to avoid stretching or cropping by right clicking on any piece of media and choosing Inspector. From there you can set Scaling to Scale to Fill.

  • Limit displayed content to motion backgrounds behind lyrics rather than full-screen videos.

Creating a Theme for the Lyric Banner

  1. In ProPresenter, create a Theme set to 768x128 resolution.

  2. Add and format lyrics to fit the Lyric Banner display.

  3. Navigate to Screens > Edit Looks.

  4. Select the Lyric Banner screen.

  5. Under the Presentation Layer dropdown, choose the Theme you created.
